Cancellation Policy

Adult Class Enrollment, Cancellation & Refund Policy Monthly Enrollment Daart Studio's adult classes operate on a month-to-month enrollment basis. Enrollment reserves a student's place in the class for each monthly billing period. Enrollment automatically renews each month unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days in advance. Tuition is due monthly and is non-refundable. Once tuition has been paid, no refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for missed classes or unused classes during the applicable monthly billing period. Cancellation & 30-Day Notice Written notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to hello@daartstudio.com at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date. Tuition remains due during the 30-day notice period, and students may continue attending their regularly scheduled classes during this period. Once the 30-day notice period has been completed, enrollment will be canceled and no further tuition will be charged. Missed Classes & Make-Up Policy Adult classes do not offer make-up classes. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the class will be considered used. No make-up class, credit, refund, or tuition adjustment will be provided for missed classes.
