1. Semester Enrollment & Payment

Daart Studio operates on a semester-based enrollment system: 17 weeks in the Fall and 18 weeks in the Spring. Enrollment reserves a student's place for the entire semester.

Total semester tuition is divided into five equal monthly payments. The first payment is due at registration, and subsequent payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of class sessions in a particular month.

2. Mid-Semester Enrollment

Enrollment after the semester begins is permitted if space is available. Tuition will be prorated based on the number of remaining class sessions, and the payment schedule will be determined by the student's enrollment date.

3. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to hello@daartstudio.com at least 30 days before the next scheduled payment date.

If a student withdraws before the first class begins, tuition will be fully refunded, excluding the non-refundable Registration Fee.

Because Daaat Studio operates on a semester-based enrollment system, withdrawal is not permitted after 50% of the semester has been completed. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining semester.

For Fall 2026, the final withdrawal date is October 1, 2026. Students who submit a withdrawal request on or before this date may continue attending classes through October. No withdrawals, refunds, or credits will be granted after this date.

4. Make-Up Class Policy

Students who provide at least 24 hours' written notice of an absence may receive one make-up class credit per calendar month, subject to availability.

Make-up classes are offered in a regular class for the same or a similar age group, and the lesson or curriculum may differ from the missed class.

Make-up credits must be used within four weeks of the missed class and may not be extended or carried over. Make-up requests must be submitted by a parent or guardian to hello@daartstudio.com at least 24 hours in advance.

Daart Studio determines the date and class placement for make-up classes based on availability. If a student misses a scheduled make-up class, the credit is forfeited.

5. Registration Fee

A non-refundable Registration Fee is charged at the time of enrollment to secure the student's place and process registration.

6. Liability Waiver & Release

By enrolling my child in Daart Studio programs, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Daart Studio provides a supervised learning environment; however, participation in art activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to the use of art materials, tools, and classroom activities.

I understand that Daart Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and representatives will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment. However, Daart Studio shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I understand that Daart Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal

belongings, including but not limited to clothing, electronic devices, artwork, supplies, or other

personal items brought to the studio.

I agree to release and hold harmless Daart Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and

representatives from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my child’s participation in Daart Studio programs.

7. Media Release Consent

Daart Studio values sharing students’ creativity and achievements with our community. During classes, workshops, events, or exhibitions, photographs or videos of students and their artwork may be taken for educational documentation, studio updates, and promotional purposes.

By providing consent, you authorize Daart Studio to use photographs, videos, and artwork

created by your child for the following purposes:

• Daart Studio website

• Social media platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook)

• Studio newsletters and announcements

• Promotional materials, advertisements, and community events

Daart Studio will make reasonable efforts to protect student privacy and will not share personal information such as full name, address, or contact information along with any images or artwork.

Participation in classes and programs is not affected by your choice regarding media consent.

Parents/guardians may update or withdraw media consent at any time by submitting a written request via email to hello@daartstudio.com.

8. Class Terms and Agreement

Please review the following Course Enrollment Agreement before enrolling in a course.

his Course Enrollment Agreement (this "Agreement") is between Daart Studio LLC("Daart Studio") and you (the "Parent" or "you"), in connection with the enrollment of your child as a student in an Daart Studio program ("Program"). You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student, or that you are otherwise acting as the agent of the student's parent or legal guardian and are fully authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the student's parent or legal guardian.

You agree that the identification, emergency contact, phone number, and address that you have provided about you and your student are accurate, and that you will keep that information up to date on our website if there are any changes while your student is enrolled at Daart Studio.

You agree that you will park legally and safely, and that you will escort your child into and out of the building for all visits to Daart Studio, including classes. Daart Studio does not assume responsibility for children dropped off in the parking lot or anywhere else outside of our building.

You agree that in an emergency situation, Daart Studio may contact the people you have identified as emergency contacts. In case of a medical emergency, Daart Stuio will seek to contact the parent/guardian and emergency contacts. However, if they cannot be reached or if time is of the essence, you authorize the Program to seek emergency medical assistance. You authorize the Program designee to consent to any x-ray, examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis, treatment, and/or hospital care to be rendered upon the advice of any licensed physician and/or dentist.

All Program fees are due in advance. There will be no refund or pro-rating for holidays, family vacation, illness, or absences. Disruptive and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may in Daart Studio's sole judgment be cause for dismissal from the Program.

You agree that Daart Studio provides internet access to students as part of the learning environment during some of our classes. Students must adhere to acceptable behavior expectations while using internet during class. Students are only to use devices and access the internet when granted permission to do so by their teachers. They are to use devices and internet access educationally as instructed by their teachers and for no other reason. You agree that students who violate this administrative rule may be subject to disciplinary action.

You agree to release and hold harmless Daart Studio, its successors, teachers, officials, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, from and against any and all liability, damage or claim of any nature arising out of or in any way related to my child’s participation in the Program, except for damages caused by the gross negligence or misconduct of Daart Studio. You understand that Daart Studio does not provide accident or medical insurance and you are financially responsible for any and all medical and other expenses whatsoever. Daart Studio is not responsible for students' personal items.
